GWAR Is Coming!

This Monday April 2nd Nicky-P and myself  (Father MC) will be interviewing GWAR at The Orpheum Theater in Flagstaff. Also we will be interviewing Municipal Waste and Legacy of Disorder! If you're coming to the show make sure to come look for us, we'll be the assholes taking pictures around the stage. Also be sure to keep an eye (or ear preferably) out for our interviews recorded with the bands and for the photos to be posted up on the blog and our website soon!

Chrome Waves

MetalSucks, one of the best metal blogs out there (mad props guys) has alerted me to a new projected by members of Atlas Moth, Nachtmystium, and Gates of Slumber called Chrome Waves. It's some pretty insanely epic black-metal stuff and you should be listening to it you damn heathens. Here's one of their new songs 'That Cursed Armored Train'.

New Municipal Waste Song Debut

Municipal Waste is coming with GWAR on April 2nd to Flagstaff at The Orpheum. Until then you can check out the first released track off of their upcoming LP Space Waste, releasing April 13th in the good 'ol U.S.A. The song dropped on Brooklyn Vegan and you can stream it here: Brooklyn Vegan right now. The album art kicks ass and so does the new groove, Feast. So get pumped Flagstaff, this show coming up is going to be a good one.

De La Cruz

We at mount metal are big fans of classic metal and shit doesn't get much better than old-school glam-rock style stuff like Def Leppard, Motley Crue, and Ratt, so when we found out about De La Cruz we got a bit of a bulge in our zebra-print spandex. This Australian based group is putting out some shit that sounds like Def Leppard's early days and rocks like none other. Good God finally. We're now officially part of the internets everyone! Please, hold your applause.
This blog is going to be used to promote the new shit we get in for the show and to show love to the bands we play and of course you, our valued listeners.
